May 10th Art Auction Paintings – Austin, Texas

Posted: March 9, 2012 in ART AUCTION PAINTINGS

For the past seven months, I’ve put paint to canvas in creating an Austin, Texas collection, but the heart and inspiration of these works is still in the place I grew up — Iowa.  My grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimers Disease about five years ago and after seeing him slip from the man I knew growing up, I was determined to do something about it.

On May 10th at Platinum, 360 Nueces Street, #40, Austin, Texas, ten of my paintings will be auctioned off in support of the Alzheimers Association in my grandfather’s honor alongside other items generously donated by supportive Austin businesses. It’s going to be a great night and I’m excited to see everyone there! –Brent
